Buy with Confidence - joining the scheme

What will it cost?

There is a non refundable application fee to cover administration and printing costs which needs to be paid at the time of application. From year two an annual fee, which will be the same as the application fee will apply. The fees apply to each premises and vary according to the number of employees your business has.

Please note the VAT rate will revert back to 17.5% on 1 January 2010, so from that date fees will be:

1 - 5 employees - £117.50

6 - 20 employees - £176.25

21 or more employees - £235.00

Please note: If you carry out work in or around domestic premises, or for other high risk groups, you will need to supply a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) Disclosure form for every employee and unsupervised subcontractor who does such work on your behalf.  There is a cost of £23 per person for this.
