Licensees need to ensure all their products are described correctly, and any branded drinks have the exact brand available. Prices of products must be clearly displayed and not misleading.
There are specific requirements relating to the quantities certain drinks can be served in, and how they should be measures accurately. Staff must be trained to ensure they do not sell restricted products to under 18s. There are requirements to display the business name and address details.
