The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 will affect you if you sell or re-sell tickets for 'entertainments' - eg tickets for plays, shows, concerts and sporting events.

The consumer must not be misled as to the price, location, terms, adverse factors which may affect the enjoyment, etc of the seat for which the ticket is sold.
