Goods and services should be clearly priced. A trader is entitled to decide the price to be charged for the goods sold and services provided.

The buyer cannot insist that a trader sells anything at the marked price, whether or not the trader has made a mistake. However, action can be taken against the trader for giving a misleading price indication. A number of unfair pricing practices are banned.
