Please find below information on accommodation around the EICC surrounding area for your stay during Conference 2010. We have contacted these hotels in advance to save you the time and effort of searching for a hotel. Edinburgh City Centre is extremely busy during June so we recommend using this list for your accommodation needs.
Each hotel has arranged to allocate a specific number of bedrooms during Conference week at a negotiated special rate. These rates are indicated on the listing below. As there are only a specific number of allocated rooms per hotel it is recommended that you reserve your rooms as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
Please note the release dates for these rooms. The hotel will not retain any bedrooms after these dates so please do try to book early. We have provided a variety of hotels with differing price ranges so you should be able to find a hotel suited to your needs and budget.
How to Book
1. Contact the hotel directly
2. Clearly state the booking reference that is stated on the accommodations listing.
3. All reservations, guarantees and payments must be carried out by you directly.
If the Booking Reference is not clearly stated you cannot be guaranteed to receive the allocated rooms at special rates. Individual terms and conditions apply to each hotel.
