Age restricted sales - Do you PASS?

This is a half-day course for all businesses that sell age restricted products such as alcohol, tobacco or knives.

It is suitable for managers and staff.

The course is highly interactive and delivered by an accredited TSI trainer.

It includes: 

  • what the law requires of business and staff 
  • proxy sales 
  • An explanation of due diligence
  • Challenge 25, proof of age, refusals, training

There is a short test at the end of the course. Successful candidates are awarded the Do you PASS?  FTA module.

This module may also be combined with any of the other half day courses available to achieve the intermediate fair trading award.
