TSI’s annual conference & exhibition is THE leading consumer affairs and trading standards event in Europe.

Taking place in Edinburgh at Edinburgh International Conference Centre from Tuesday 15 June to Thursday 17 June 2010 the conference hosts interactive plenary sessions on each day, as well as 120 exhibition stands and 41 mini theatre training sessions.  Last year we introduced best practice “Leadership Masterclasses”. These were so successful the masterclass series will continue in 2010. 

We are delighted to welcome John Stapleton back to this year's conference.  John who is an honorary TSI member has agreed to be a session facilitator for the plenary sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday. 

Attendees at the conference include trading standards professionals from throughout the United Kingdom; senior leaders and decision makers from local and central Government including – Government Ministers, the Office of Fair Trading, the Department for Business Innovation & Skills, LACORS, the Local Better Regulation Office – as well as representatives of business and consumer organisations.
