How much will it cost?

Exhibition stands are sold per square metre.  There is the option of reserving a premium space position.  This year there are 2 separate areas for the exhibition, the Strathblane Hall and the Cromdale Hall – please note each area is priced differently due to location.

Strathblane Hall

Cromdale Hall

All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Exhibitor bookings received before the 30 March 2010 and paid by 30 April 2010 will be entitled to a 10% discount.  Otherwise full price will be charged.

What’s included?

• Exhibition stands – shell scheme stands include walls, fascia to open sides, name sign and supports.  Stands are fitted with one 50w low voltage spotlight per 3sqm and a 500W socket outlet per stand.  Stands can be combined or increased to suit an exhibitor’s specific design and additional electrical requirements may be purchased separately.
• Space only areas – a dedicated floor space is available to exhibitors to construct their own bespoke stands.  Lighting and power are extra.
• Classified Entry – all exhibitors are entitled to a 50 word basic entry, company logo and weblink in the conference brochure.  A weblink will also appear on the TSI conference webpage.
• Welcome Reception – exhibitors receive one complimentary ticket per stand of 4sqm or two complimentary tickets for stands of 6sqm and above.  Additional tickets can be purchased.
• Presentations, meetings and receptions – organisations can arrange for their own events to be featured within the overall programme.  Presentations, seminars, lunches and drinks receptions can be accommodated in a limited number of meeting rooms throughout the venue.  Call Crescent Events to discuss the opportunities available and agree the best possible approach and timing to ensure maximum attendance by the target audience.
• Refreshment vouchers – exhibitors will receive refreshment vouchers according to stand size.  Cash catering is available during the event.
• Delegate information pack – all delegates and each exhibition stand will receive the full conference pack.  Organisations can distribute information via this pack by including leaflets or corporate material.  Please see advertising for further details.
