Mini Theatres

Mini theatre sessions can be organised by individual companies who wish to host a mini session, product launch, award ceremony, discussion group or product update etc.  These sessions are 30 or 45 minutes in duration and can be extended to run consecutively (ie a 1 hour session). 

Each mini theatre will accommodate a maximum of 60 delegates within a break out room.  Mini theatre session details are updated regularly on the TSI conference website.  Included in the conference brochure and mini programme. You will supply details of your session and we will produce tickets for you for distribution.  These can be distributed directly by your company in advance, at the event or via your exhibition stand or the information desk.

All the above and more can be achieved by running your own bespoke session at conference 2010.

Engage and deliver your information and knowledge to the key players in trading standards through the highly popular mini theatres.  If 30 or 45 minutes is not long enough then discuss extending the session with the conference organisers, Crescent Events.

What does it cost?

The cost of the mini theatre sessions is;
• £860.00 for a 30 minute session
• £1175.00 for a 45 minute session
There is 20 minutes preparation time between each session.

Please note the above prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.

What is included?

• The facilities comprise of top table and chairs, lectern, laptop, screen and data projector. 
• Organisers can bring their own laptop or use the laptop that is in place. 
• Other equipment such as flipchart, pens, CD, DVD will be available on request. 
• Technical support and stewarding will be on site.
