We have a packed programme of social and evening events during conference week to suit all preferences and budgets!

Day delegate and evening events packages are now available. These include admission to the conference for the specified amount of days and also entry to the welcome reception or the gala dinner. For further details regarding these packages please see the delegate booking form.

Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will be held on Monday 14 June at The Hub, Castlehill, Edinburgh between 7.30pm – 9.30pm.
Come and meet your fellow exhibitors and paying delegates. A relaxed and enjoyable evening to kick start conference week. Buffet food, drink and background entertainment provided.
The cost per ticket is £25 + VAT. Please complete and return the booking form .

Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner will be held on Tuesday 15 June at The Royal College of Physicians, 9 Queen Street, Edinburgh. An evening of fine food, entertainment and good company awaits you at the annual gala dinner.

The black tie gala dinner is always a prestigious affair with a delicious 3 course meal and fabulous entertainment for only £65.00 + VAT it is an event that cannot be missed. Early booking is recommended for this event and the numbers are limited this year due to the venue capacity. Please complete and return the booking form .
