TSI / ACTSO Workshop 2011

Delivering a first class service with impact
Following the success of last year’s event, the 2011 Workshop finds us again in the wonderful surroundings of the East and West Crypts of London's Guildhall.
The Guildhall was built between 1411 and 1440 and provides a magnificent and fitting venue for our event.
Please join us for this essential workshop pitched at those at the forefront of trading standards and regulatory services delivery.
We aim to deliver a challenging agenda that will provide you with the ideas and insight into how you can not only continue to deliver a first class service in these difficult times, but to actually increase the impact you have on customers and the communities you serve.
  Registration and refreshments from 09:30
Programme starts around 10:00 and will include refreshments throughout the day and lunch
The event should conclude at around 17:30
