Training registration terms and conditions
Registrations must reach the TSI office no later than the registration deadline.
Cancellations may be made without penalty up to and including 15 days before the course date. Cancellations received between 14 and 8 days will incur a charge of 50% of the course fee. The whole course fee will be payable for those cancellations received 7 days or less before course commencement.
All booking queries should be directed to the Events Team tsievents@tsi.org.uk. Booking early is recommended to guarantee a place.
Please note, due to circumstances beyond TSI’s control, speakers, venue, content and timings may vary. TSI reserves the right to cancel the course if necessary and issue a full refund of fees.
