fair trading award
The fair trading award courses are designed to help businesses and their staff understand the trading regulations that protect customer interests and promote good business.
The programme comprises of three training options which cater for the needs of staff and their different levels of knowledge. The courses are:
- introduction to fair trading award - half-day course
- intermediate fair trading award - one-day course, or a combination of two half-day modules
- advanced fair trading award - one-day course (to be taken only after successfully completing the intermediate level).
The courses enable delegates to take an individual award (note: the advanced course can only be taken after the intermediate course), or to enter at the introductory level and progress through the programme.
