Fair trading award
The fair trading award helps businesses and their staff understand the trading regulations that protect customer interests and promote good business.
The programme has courses for different levels of knowledge. They are:
- introduction to fair trading award - half-day course
- intermediate fair trading award - one-day course, or a combination of two half-day modules
- advanced fair trading award - one-day course (to be taken only after successfully completing the intermediate level)
- age restricted sales - Do you PASS? - half-day course
