Just a note to say thanks for all the work you have done in ensuring that the conference ran smoothly.The Minister's office was pleased with the arrangements and have told me to pass on their thanks for a well organised event.
I wish I could have got to more events. I thought the exhibition was particularly good and informative. However the most pleasing aspect were the main platform topics. I maintain that since we acquired the confident consumer agenda we are in the biggest policy arena in Local Government and with the climate change debate and the health debate Conference reflected the wider parts of that agenda and also demonstrated how much the day job will need to focus on these areas. It was also good to see so many elected members in the health debate.
Congratulations to everyone involved with this Conference.
The content of the sessions I attended at conference were very interesting and I have also picked up a number of lines of enquiry and interest from the exhibition that I will be discussing and thinking about. Thank you once again and I look forward to next year.
The mix of major sessions, workshops and the exhibition was excellent and the final College of Fellows event sent me on my way with a spring in my step.
Very well done for a great conference. I don't know how you do it but you have excelled yourselves again. I have really enjoyed it and we have gained a lot from our attendance. Great to see so many good people all engaged in an important task.
