Complete the form below to register each of your teams. You can register an unlimited number of teams (each comprising four students) but all teams must have a unique name.

• each team only enter the competition once
• all questions are multiple-choice
• there's a one hour time limit to complete the questions

Each team's scores will be sent to the school after the closing date of 29 January 2010. You'll be notified by your local authority trading standards service if one of your teams has reached the local or regional final. Please read the rules and entry page for further information.
