New TSI director
The Trading Standards Institute has been joined by Andy Foster who took the new role of Operations Director on Monday 8 February.
TSI’s chief executive Ron Gainsford said: ‘This is a great development for TSI and I know Andy will be a fantastic asset for us, helping us grow and improve our commercial arm while strengthening our links with our membership and trading standards services across the country.’
Born and raised in Great Grimsby in Lincolnshire, Andy brings with him nearly 20 years of local government experience, the last four as North East Lincolnshire Trading Standards Manager.
