Animal Health and Welfare

All movements of cattle, deer, sheep, goats and pigs are controlled by the general licence issued by the Department for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA). 

In addition to the general licence movements must be covered by a movement licence known as an AML1 for sheep, AML2 for pigs and AML24 for deer. These can be obtained from us.

Performing Animals

Anyone wishing to exhibit or train a performing animal must be registered in accordance with the Performing Animals Act.
