Safety Cosmetics
All cosmetics must comply with the Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2008. They require that cosmetics are safe, correctly labelled and backed by a comprehensive product information package which includes a professional safety assessment of the product.
Cosmetics have a special meaning as set out in the regulations.
Cosmetics are not CE marked. |
