Business Advertisements

 

When advertising your goods for sale, you must make it absolutely clear that the advertisement is a trade advertisement.

 

This should be obvious if the advert is placed under your business’ name but if not, you should include wording such as “trade sale” to make it clear to readers of the advert. It is a criminal offence to place an advertisement without making it clear that it is a trade advertisement.
