We receive a high number of consumer complaints about holidays.

We give advice on holiday problems as well as enforcing the Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tour Regulations 1992.

The Regulations cover financial security arrangements which holiday businesses must make, as well as other aspects of the package holiday business, such as advertising, brochures, contracts, surcharge limitations and compensation responsibilities. For more information see our guide to the law.
