Gloucestershire's
Consumer Support Network was formally registered by the DTI in May 2002.
Its
membership is made up of local Citizens Advice Bureaux, the
Gloucestershire Money Advice Service and the Trading Standards Service.
The network aims to improve access to quality consumer advice and
information within the county and promote links and service co
ordination between members and potential members.
It
seeks to identify the consumer advice needs of Gloucestershire residents
and then target effective publicity to address the unmet need within the
county. The network also aims to provide its members with up to date
training to ensure quality advice is always maintained.
