EU Services Directive - Fees for Licences & Permits

The EU Services Directive allows you to apply and pay online for the following licences and permits. If you prefer you can apply by post or telephone. See below for the fees for these services.

FEES FOR LICENSING & PERMITS
Petroleum fees are statutory fees set by H&SE - reviewed annually and laid down currently in the Health & Safety (Fees) Regulations
Petroleum Spirit Petroleum licences can be issued for 1, 2 or 3 years. The fee for a 2 or 3 year licence is a simple multiple of the 1 year fee shown below. Licence to keep petroleum spirit in a quantity:
Not exceeding 2,500 litres	£42
Exceeding 2,501 litres but not exceeding 50,000 litres	£58
Exceeding 50,001 litres	£120
Transfer of licence	£8
Performing Animals
Granting of a licence	£26
Second hand goods (Kent & Medway Acts)
	No charge
