A Community Punishment Order with an 18 month supervision requirement and a 3 month weekend curfew, together with an order to pay £250 towards prosecution costs was imposed on woman for selling counterfeit DVDs via the internet. The curfew requires that she must be at her home between 8pm and 6am Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Court also granted an Order for the forfeiture and destruction of her computer and related seized equipment and DVDs.
