Young people - competitions & events

We organise local heats for several national competitions and quizzes linking into the national curriculum and open to schools and educational establishments in Kent. 

The Consumer Challenge quiz is a fun, national competition for children at Special Schools.

Playsafe is a design competition run by Trading Standards in association with the British Toy and Hobby Association. 

‘Talkingshop’ brings the subject of consumer rights and responsibilities to life through real time role-play via the Internet.

The Young Consumers of the Year Competition is an annual "university challenge" style competition for young people aged 14 to 17.
