We want to keep Kent a safe place to live and a fair place to trade. As well as carrying out our normal monitoring role in all areas of trade, we also target our resources on specific activities which affect the quality of life of Kent residents.

How you can help

We work with many partners such as Kent police to tackle specific types of problems. To allow us to take action we need to receive as much information as possible to help identify trends and gather details of persistent offenders. We need information on the following activities, so if you think you may know anything which could help, please complete our online reporting form.

• Doorstep criminals
• Counterfeit products
• Sales of age restricted products to underage children
• Loan sharks
