Lancashire County Council
Trading Standards Service operates a Metrological
Calibration Facility available on request for the
calibration of Mass, Capacity and Linear Measures.
|

Each item submitted for
calibration is returned with a fully traceable
calibration certificate acceptable for most quality
systems. Each certificate specifies the equipment used
and the method employed. All equipment used carries a
calibration certificate, which is directly traceable
to National Standards via the National Weights and
Measures Laboratory at Teddington.

operate a weighbridge test unit which is also available
