Operations director
Andy Foster left the flatlands of Lincolnshire to take up his new role as TSI’s Operations Director on 8 February 2010.
He brings with him almost 20 years of local government experience, the last 4 years as Trading Standards Manager at North East Lincolnshire.
He started his Trading Standards career as an assistant at the newly formed North East Lincolnshire Council Trading Standards Service, gradually working his way to the top, gaining both the DCA and DTS along the way.
Andy has spent time on the Association of Chief Trading Standards Officers (ACTSO) executive where he led on the ACTSO website launch and development as well as serving the Yorkshire and Humber Branch for many years.
In his spare time Andy is a keen cricketer, playing in the Lincolnshire League, and a reluctant runner.
