CONSUMER DIRECT WALES

Consumer advice is provided by Consumer Direct Wales (CDW) which operates by telephone between 8am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am and 1pm on Saturday, closed Bank Holidays & Public Holidays.
CDW will provide:-

advice before shopping,
information on consumer rights,
practical advice on individual problems,
a link to other advice agencies.

HELPING YOURSELF

Our web site provides information and advice 24 hours a day to help consumers solve their own problems. From this page you go to our self-help advice sheets.

If you are a Monmouthshire County Council trader or resident, we can send you leaflets including those produced by other organisations such as The Office of Fair Trading and The Department of Trade and Industry.
