Welcome Reception: £25.00 + VAT* Monday, 14 June at The Hub, Castlehill, Edinburgh EH1 2NE - 7.30pm to 9.30pm. Enjoy food, refreshments and background music. NB: Full paying delegates receive one ticket.
Gala Dinner: £65.00 + VAT* - SORRY FULLY BOOKED Tuesday, 15 June at the Royal College of Physicians, 9 Queen Street, Edinburgh EH2 1JQ. An evening of fine food and entertainment. NB: Full paying delegates receive one ticket.

Early Bookings: delegate bookings received before 31 March 2010 and paid by 30 April 2010 will be entitled to a 10% discount, otherwise full price will be charged.
Evening Events: are included in the packages as noted above, or can be purchased separately. Events organised by the Scottish Branch will be advertised separately in TS Today and on this website.
Accommodation: is not included. The conference headquarters hotel is The Sheraton Grand Hotel, Festival Square, Edinburgh EH3 9SR. Reservations can be made by calling 0131 229 9131 and by quoting reference "Trading Standards" EARLY BOOKING IS RECOMMENDED.

Full payment is due as invoiced. Delegate fee cancellations must be received in writing before 14 May 2010, the fee will be refunded less a £50 administration charge. Cancellations on Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner tickets received up to 14 May 2010 are permitted, thereafter NO refunds will be made. Bookings may be transferred to colleagues - please advise in writing any transfers.
