We are here to protect the interests of North East Lincolnshire Council consumers and businesses. We can help with pre shopping advice from buying a second-hand car to employing the services of a builder or booking a holiday.

We are also responsible for investigating breaches of criminal law and are obligated to enforce over 90 Acts of Parliament.  We achieve this by investigating complaints and through a risk assessed programme of inspections.
