A wide range of legislation, both UK and European, regulates the supply of goods and services in the UK.

Currently our Trading Standards Officers have over 90 Acts of Parliament on their warrants. Furthermore, alongside these Acts sit approximately 1,300 sets of Regulations, Orders and EU Regulations that they enforce.
