Fair trading award

Fair Trading Award (FTA) courses are designed to help businesses and their staff understand trading regulations to protect customer interests and promote good business.

The programme comprises three training options catering for staff needing different levels of knowledge in their work:

• introduction to fair trading award - half day
• intermediate fair trading award - one day
• advanced fair trading award - one day - after completing the intermediate level

The modules mean students can either take an individual course or start at the introductory level and progress through.
