Home Authority Access Registration
We're pleased to let you know that as part of the 'Joint Statement of Commitment', LBRO, CIEH and TSI have completed the transfer of the Home Authority database to its new home on TSI's 'interlink' platform. The LGA have been working in partnership with the relevant organisations to secure a sustainable future for the database.
A result of several month's work, the new system builds on a previously completed study by the Home Authority database user group.
Access to the database through the lacors.gov.uk website has been superseded by the interlink-based system familiar to many of you.
Whilst current trading standards subscribers to interlink will not need to take any action, those authorities that currently don't have access to it will need to complete this registration form. From here, we'll be in touch with the new login information you'll need to continue accessing this important resource.
Our next step will be to refresh and renew the governance arrangements for the system which we hope to have completed by early summer. Home Authority plays an important part in the regulatory infrastructure and we are pleased to be able to take it with us into the new landscape.
