Summary assessment matrix
Each piece of performance criteria and range needs to have been met at least once (one tick in the box), however due to the nature of the range; evidence of 20 enquiries in foundation or evidence of examining 15 products / services in service delivery modules some criteria and range boxes will be met a number of times.
It is quite acceptable to have a single criteria box which has only been met once. Assessors will assess all the evidence as a whole, and make a judgement on all evidence presented, including work-products, witness testimonies, observations and questioning when confirming a candidates competence.
