Welcome to Shropshire Council Public Protection.
Under the new Shropshire Council, Trading Standards will be coming together with Environmental Health, Pest Control, Licensing and Bereavement Services form a new department called "Public Protection".
The overall aim of the service is to improve the quality of life for Shropshire people through the promotion of a fair and safe trading environment and high standards of animal health and welfare.
