South Tyneside Trading Standards are committed to getting
the services that we provide for you right first time.
If we don't and you aren't satisfied we want to know.
We also hope that you would tell us when you are happy
with our service or have a suggestion on how we can improve.
If you are disatisfied with our service ideally you should
always initially try to take up your complaint with the
person responsible or their supervisor. This will give
us an opportunity to put things right on the spot. You
can contact us in person, by letter, telephone, email
or online.
If the matter can't be sorted out informally then you
can follow the Council's straightforward feedback
system. Use this to also register your compliments
or suggestions.
