Our Consumer Advice Service holds the Community Legal Service Specialist Quality Mark and is a member of the Stockton Consumer Support Network. Each year we deal with thousands of complaints and enquiries. This web site provides information and advice 24 hours a day to help consumers solve their own problems. Our Advice Officers provide advice on consumer civil law issues. If you have a complaint, officers will advise you on your legal rights and the best way for you to resolve your problem. The advice service is provided free of charge to residents and businesses in the Stockton Council area, and to residents of other areas if they have encountered a problem within the Stockton Council area.
