There are several business link/regeneration initiatives.

Tower Hamlets Edcuation Business Partnership The role of the EBP is to encourage the public and private sectors to work with schools in Tower Hamlets on a range of projects designed to raise achievement and provide pupils with opportunities to improve their work related skills.

Thames Gateway is a public-private partnership, working closely with private sector colleagues (such as Ford and Canary Wharf) and supported by all 12 local authorities in the Thames Gateway London area, dealing with strategic and lobbying issues in the Thames Gateway development area
