Dear Sirs
I refer to previous correspondence in relation to the faults with my kitchen to
which I have received no reply. I have written to you on several occasions
however the remedial work remains outstanding despite requests for the
faults to be corrected.
I have provided estimates for the cost of the remedial work to be completed
and write to advise that if I do not receive a response within the next seven
days I will have no alternative but to issue proceedings in the County Court
without further notice.
If it is necessary for me to pursue this course of action, please note that I
intend to claim for the cost of having the remedial works completed in
accordance with the estimate provided, together with any other costs and the
court fee.
I look forward to hearing from you within the next seven days.
