- I have had cause to complain about the service, or lack of it, provided
by…………………... My boiler was not serviced annually as required
by the terms of the Lease, issued by the Claimant.
- I have also had further cause to complain with regard to the service
when a fault with the boiler was reported.
- I paid sums to ………………….. on two occasions for repairs however
they failed to carry out an effective repair and I was without heating for
approximately 11 months and 2 weeks.
- I do not believe that the engineers sent by ………………… assessed
the problem property as they were only at my property a very short
time. This was evidenced by the fact that after two repairs I remained
without any heating.
