A Small Claim In The County Court

If you have followed all of the usual steps and your complaint remains unresolved, then you may want to consider taking legal action using the small claims track procedure of the County Court.

This is a simple and straightforward procedure designed for the lay person to pursue a claim without the assistance of legal representation for claims under Ł5,000.
