The FSA consumer web site provides a wealth of information for the general public. It offers simple explanations of different financial products and services.

The FSA also provide a range of free publications. All are available as downloadable pdf files and up to 100 copies can be ordered free of charge through the FSA Consumer Helpline on 0845 606 1234.
